EMPOWERING WOMEN

Empowering women is our main objective. For the past decades, especially during the apartheid era, women had to take the back stage while men were dancing at their own tune making sure that their voices are louder than those of their female counterparts, especially in the work places. They even got paid way better than women who were sharing the same workload as them.

Now things have changed as women are taking long strides to occupy leadership positions that were formerly reserved for men. And they are doing quit well. That is why there is a need to equip them with necessary skills and experience that will go in line with their newly found treasure of leaders.

There is a greater need to expose them to programs that will assist them to become the better version of themselves, instead of becoming the shadow of men while they are expected to take the role of becoming helpers and supporters to men who are expected to treat them as their interiors.

Now the time has come for women to shine and give the light to those who are still under the shadow of being seen only as objects to men. At Lush communications, we are determined to set a trend that will impact every women, nomatter where they are to stand up and shine their lamps. This has been done by women who were fighting before us and now we have to pick up where they left off because the struggle is still continuing. Eventually we will get there. The only thing we have to do is to unite and sing the same tune. So let's put on our armours and strive for the betterment of our world
